William Miller

William is a veteran of the United States Air Force where he served as a Computer Systems –Communications Systems Specialist.  He served 3 years in the Pentagon Single Agency Manager Joint Service Network Operations Center serving 5,000+ DOD military and civilian personnel to include the Secretary of Defense and the Joint Chiefs of Staff.  William holds several Cisco Certifications to include Cisco Certified Network Professional, Cisco Certified Design Professional , and IP Telephony Support Specialist. 

He has worked in an ILEC/CLEC telco environment for 10+ years serving well over 30,000 subscribers supporting Broadsoft VoIP platform, Acme Packet SBCs, Nortel MSS15K ATM platform, Cisco IPTV platform, Cisco Carrier Ethernet MPLS network, and various access platforms from vendors such as Zhone, Calix, Paradyne, and UE.  William has years of experience working with OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPLS, MPLS-TE, ATM, VoIP, IPTV, Frame-Relay, and network analysis tools such as Wireshark, Fluke Optiview, and IneoQuest to name a few.
